I have additional needs and require an essential carer to assist me, what do I do?We understand that some guests will not be able to access Musicom without the assistance of an Essential Companion. We are proud to offer a free ‘Essential Companion’ ticket for those guests who require additional assistance to enjoy this event. The Essential Companion ticket will grant free access to the event for one ‘Essential Companion’ to provide essential support. The individual receiving the support will need to book a full-paying ticket via See Tickets. Their companion will need to add a ‘free essential companion ticket’ to their See Tickets order on the same booking. This ticket is available for standard, premium and VIP ticket types. It is important that we ensure our Essential Companion service remains beneficial for those who simply could not attend without them. To ensure visitors are receiving the correct accommodations and that Free Essential Companion tickets are going to eligible visitors, See Tickets will ask you to submit proof of eligibility at the time of booking – please see a list of evidence below. The Free Companion policy may not be applicable for every circumstance. It is important to note that having a disability does not automatically qualify the individual to a free Essential Companion ticket. You will not be admitted into the event without a valid ticket, under any circumstance. We are unable to process any applications made for children under the age of 5. Below is a list of documents See Tickets may accept when considering allocating a complimentary ticket: · PIP (Personal Independence Payment) · DLA · CredAbility Access Card · Confirmation in writing from Social Services that the individual is included on their Deaf · Register, or a letter or report from an aural specialist confirming that hearing loss has been recorded at 70 - 95 dBHL or worse · War Pensions Mobility allowance · Blind or partially sighted registration certificate (BD8 or CVI certificate) · A personal letter from the GP, community nurse or social worker · Benefit award letters · Copy of a blue badge (we would need to see both sides)
