All tickets for Himley bonfire have now SOLD OUT. Due to demand NO MORE tickets are available online and no tickets will be available on the night.
Please do not turn up at the gate without a valid online ticket - you will be refused entry.
What time are the bonfire and fireworks?
Gates open 4:30pm
Bonfire lit 7:45pm
Fireworks 8:30pm
Is there a circus at the event?
No, this is a circus themed fireworks display. There will be circus acts within the park but there is no live circus show.
Can I park on site?
Parking is limited, so please come early. Parking charge is £3 per car - CASH only.
There will be highway diversions in place around Himley Hall for safety purposes , so delays getting into the park may occur. Please allow sufficient time for entry into the event.
Is there a shuttle bus service to the event?

Are there cash machines on site?
No cash machines are on site at Himley Hall.
Are there any concessions on tickets?
Dudley Council operate an Options+ leisure card scheme for eligible people. If you present your Options+ card at the gate, this will gain you 50% off the gate ticket price for adult and child. Options+ is not available to use for online bookings. Visit Options+ scheme.
Are there any facilities for wheelchair users?
There are some areas which can accommodate wheelchairs. Please contact us to discuss your particular requirements.
Can I get a refund?
No refunds will be given unless the event is cancelled.
Will there be refreshments available?
Yes. Food outlets will be available across the park and as part of the night market. No alcohol will be sold in the park other than the premium viewing area where tickets have to be pre-booked in advance.
Are there toilet facilities?
Yes. There are toilet facilities available including disabled toilets.
Can I bring alcohol into the park?
No. Searches may be undertaken by security and any alcohol found will be confiscated. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry or ejected from the park.
Are bicycles allowed onto the site during the event?
No.
Are dogs allowed at the event?
No. Assistance dogs only.

What happens when I arrive on site?When you arrive at the entrance to the event area, have your tickets ready, either on paper or displayed on your phone as we need to scan the square black & white QR code. Please download this in advance or screenshot the code as WiFi signal can be intermittent on site. VIP ticket holders can benefit from queue jump, please use the designated ‘VIP’ lane when entering.

Do I need to print my ticket?Tickets are scanned on entry from a PDF on your phone or a printed version. We recommend that you download or screenshot your digital ticket before you arrive, as mobile signal is often limited at our site.

What parking or taxi facilities are there?Car parking is available on site and fees payable at the pay machines. Please do not drink and drive, your car can be left over night and collected the next day. Designated parking is closer to the arena for blue badge holders. Taxis are also welcome to drop off and pick inside the park.

Is this event wheelchair accessible?The event takes place on grass within the park and some areas can accommodate wheelchairs. Please note there are no hard standing areas at this event. Please consider the weather conditions prior to the event as this can become muddy in parts if the event is preceded by heavy rain.

I have additional needs and require an essential carer to assist me, what do I do?We understand that some guests will not be able to access Musicom without the assistance of an Essential Companion. We are proud to offer a free ‘Essential Companion’ ticket for those guests who require additional assistance to enjoy this event. The Essential Companion ticket will grant free access to the event for one ‘Essential Companion’ to provide essential support. The individual receiving the support will need to book a full-paying ticket via See Tickets. Their companion will need to add a ‘free essential companion ticket’ to their See Tickets order on the same booking. This ticket is available for standard, premium and VIP ticket types. It is important that we ensure our Essential Companion service remains beneficial for those who simply could not attend without them. To ensure visitors are receiving the correct accommodations and that Free Essential Companion tickets are going to eligible visitors, See Tickets will ask you to submit proof of eligibility at the time of booking – please see a list of evidence below. The Free Companion policy may not be applicable for every circumstance. It is important to note that having a disability does not automatically qualify the individual to a free Essential Companion ticket. You will not be admitted into the event without a valid ticket, under any circumstance. We are unable to process any applications made for children under the age of 5. Below is a list of documents See Tickets may accept when considering allocating a complimentary ticket: · PIP (Personal Independence Payment) · DLA · CredAbility Access Card · Confirmation in writing from Social Services that the individual is included on their Deaf · Register, or a letter or report from an aural specialist confirming that hearing loss has been recorded at 70 - 95 dBHL or worse · War Pensions Mobility allowance · Blind or partially sighted registration certificate (BD8 or CVI certificate) · A personal letter from the GP, community nurse or social worker · Benefit award letters · Copy of a blue badge (we would need to see both sides)

Are there cash machines on site?No cash machines are on site at Himley Hall – the event takes place in the park. We recommend bringing cash and cards with you as the funfair and other vendors on site will have a combination of cash and card payments.

Can I pay cash or card for on site vendors and funfair?We recommend bringing sufficient cash as it is to the discretion of retail and catering outlets if they take card payment, and Wi-Fi connection can be unreliable. There is NO cash point on site. The funfair will be cash only.

Can I bring my own drinks in to the event?No alcohol or drugs are allowed to be brought into the site and security will be conducting searches on entry and anything found will be confiscated. You may bring soft drinks/water in full sealed containers, which will also be subject to a search. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will be available on site. Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused entry or ejected from the park. Can I bring my own food? Yes you may bring your own food in a picnic bag or smaller. No trailers. Bags will be subject to a search.

Can I bring a disposable barbecue?No barbecues are allowed on site due to risk of fire.

What happens if it rains?The event will still go ahead if it rains, please dress for the weather. We recommend that you wear clothing and footwear appropriate to the weather. You can bring small gazebos provided that they are situated at the sides and back of the event so they do not block the view of other guests and have to be secured down appropriately. If the wind speeds increase, you may be asked to take it down for safety reasons.

Can I bring camping chairs, parasols, picnic blankets?Yes, you may bring your own chairs etc. Searches will be carried out on any large items brought in to the event space for security purposes.

Can I bring my dog?No dogs are allowed on site unless they are assistance dogs.

Photography and videoPromotional photos and video will be taken at the event. Please speak to the official photographer if you do not wish to be photographed/filmed.

Will there be seating and shelter?There will be very limited seating, so we encourage you to bring camping chairs and picnic blankets. There is a marquee for VIP ticket holders next to the stage. There is an additional marquee in the park for shelter (no view of the main stage).

What toilet facilities will there be?There are toilet facilities including disabled and baby change toilets onsite.

Are bicycles allowed onto the site during the event?No.

Are there booking fees on the tickets?Prices are subject to booking fees and the ticket provider SeeTickets, will charge £1 per transaction.

Does the entry fee cover all activities at the event?The funfair will operate its own charging fees.

Can I get a refund?No refunds will be given unless the event is cancelled. You will be given an optional choice to purchase event insurance when you book your tickets.
